Returning Best Buy purchases of Samsung products to a Best Buy store is subject to their return policies. This may include not being able to return items that are damaged or in like-new condition. Best Buy has included its partner return policies here:
All returns must be made within 15 days of the original pick-up.
NOTE: For Samsung purchases picked up at Best Buy, you do not have to return the item to the same store that you picked it up from. You can return it to any participating Best Buy store.
