Order Issues
Never Arrived
- Log in to your account using your username and password.
- Click the "Orders" category in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Scroll down until you see the list of orders.
- Click the '...' to the right of the correct order and then select 'Status'.
Incorrect Order
The order statuses are updated every two hours. This list always reflects the latest information that we have.
If you believe there is an error, select the elipsis next to the specific order and click on 'Audit'. This will kick off a workflow review of your order and you can expect the results within one business day.
Please allow 24 hours after shipping notification for the tracking status to update.
