Shipping

Orders are typically shipped in 1-2 business days. Items that are drop-shipped by the manufacturer or on back-order, will be shipped as soon as the item is made available. Freight deliveries may take longer since we take extra care while packaging all items to ensure proper delivery. We do offer expedited shipping options. Please reach out via chat or phone to get shipping estimates for expedited deliveries.

We do not offer free shipping. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories are on a per order basis.

Any credit card order, in which the billing address and shipping address are different, will be put through our Address Verification Process and thoroughly checked for fraud. In these instances, same day shipping may be delayed.

Cancellations

We understand, things change. You may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund prior to your order being shipped. Typically, most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Our customer service department can inform you of the status of your order and advise you if the order can be cancelled for a full refund.
