Making Changes to a Listing
Keeping Your Information Up-To-Date
Keeping your property information accurate contributes to a smooth guest experience (and helps you get better reviews). You can update the following items on your listing right from your owner account:
- Amenities
- Cleaning Fee
- Short-Term Rental License Number
To update any of these, navigate to the listing you want to update by clicking “Listings” in the menu of your owner account. Once you’re on the listing page, you’ll be able to select which item you want to update in the submenu and enter the new information.
If you have an update to an amenity that will affect an existing guest reservation (ie. hot tub removed) please notify Evolve immediately. Your property must be As Advertised at all times and follow our 4 Core Property Standards.
If something else has changed about your property and you aren’t able to update it in your owner account, please submit a request through your Evolve Owner Account.
Making Changes to an Amenity
- Log In to your account
- Navigate to account > listings and select the listing you wish to change.
- Update the changes
Making Changes to Fees
To add or edit a cleaning fee for your listing:
- Go to Listings and select the listing you want.
- Click Pricing and availability and go to Fees.
- Next to Cleaning fee, click Edit.
- Enter your cleaning fee, then click Save.
Update the Short Term License Number
- Go to Listings and select the listing you want.
- Click Pricing and availability and go to Fees.
- Next to Cleaning fee, click Edit.
- Enter your cleaning fee, then click Save.
