Payment Methods
We offers a variety of payment options. Pay by mail, phone, or choose direct debit via Automatic Payment (see your bill for these options). Pay online via Payme.com or choose an authorized walk-in payment location online or by calling customer service.
Phone
To make a payment by phone, please dial 800-867-5309 to be connected to our automated bill payment system.
To report an emergency, please call 800-867-4000.
Add or Update Bank Information
Go to payme.com and login
Go to the “My Profile” tab right hand corner
Click on “My Wallet”
Click on “Add New” Bank Account
Enter Your Name, Bank Routing Number, and Account Number. Please verify that this information is correct.
Click “Add New Bank Account” This Bank Account is now saved within your account
Schedule Payments
With AutoPay, your Monthly bill is paid directly from your bank account, with no fees. Never worry about a late payment again.
Log into account
Click Recent Payment Activity
Click Edit on Scheduled Payment
Select new date
Click Continue
