Member Login Issues

Troubleshooting Member Login Issues

Before starting any of the troubleshooting steps below, authenticate the member with their name, member ID, and date of birth. 

Locked Out

Open the member's account in the access portal using their member ID. 

Make sure that the locked check box next to their login ID is unchecked. 

Share the member login ID. This is the email that they first signed up with.

Forgot Login ID

Open the member's account in the access portal using their member ID. 

Send the Login ID email to the member's email. This is the email that they first signed up with.

Forgot Password

Open the member's account in the access portal using their member ID. 

Send a password reset email to their email on file by selecting the dropdown next to their account information.
