Returns and policies

Online returns from the United States must be received by our warehouse within 45 days (effective 4/23/2021) of the shipping confirmation date. Online returns from Canada must be received by our warehouse within 45 days of the shipping confirmation date. Once received by our warehouse, the return takes 7-14 business days to process. After processing, you will receive the credit within 3-5 business days.

Apparel must be unworn with original tags attached. Footwear must be unworn and in its original shoebox. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements. Final sale items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit. We do not allow price adjustments on merchandise purchased on clothes.com.

Exchanges

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges online; however, we do accept exchanges in-store within 45 days of the shipping confirmation date. Please bring your unworn, tagged item accompanied by the packing slip to a Retail store near you.
