We accept returns for unworn, tagged merchandise within 45 days (effective 4/23/2021) of shipping confirmation. Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for return. Please refer to our policy for further details on eligibility.
Standard Returns By Mail
Need to make a return? No problem.
When you click Start A Return, follow the prompts to receive a printable, pre-paid shipping label. All returns are free. Any duties, taxes, or fees assessed by Customs are the customer’s responsibility and not reimbursable by clothes.com. Please contact your local Customs office for more information.
Once received by our warehouse, the return takes 7-14 business days to process. Once processed, you will receive the credit within 3-5 business days. Please note, you will be credited for the merchandise only. Charges related to shipping, handling, duties, taxes, and associated transit fees are non-refundable.
Returns to a Canadian Store
We’ll issue a refund for items in their original, unworn condition, with tags attached, within 45 days of shipment confirmation, free of charge. Simply bring your merchandise along with accompanying packing documents to any clothing store and we’ll process your return on the spot. Please note that clothes.com items cannot be returned to Hudson's Bay stores, and Hudson's Bay will not honor price adjustments on clothes.com orders.
